During the relief condition, the proportional solenoid valve is de-energized and the pressure-holding solenoid valve is energized. During coasting or braking conditions, the proportional solenoid valve is energized, and the pressure-holding solenoid valve is de-energized after a delay. This application reduces the usage rate of the proportional solenoid valve and improves system reliability through the coordinated control of the proportional solenoid valve and the pressure-holding solenoid valve.
