This invention discloses a
control system for improving the safety of
pile driver construction, comprising: a hydraulic
oil tank, a
hydraulic pump, a pressure reducing valve, a three-position four-way
directional valve, a one-way hydraulic lock, a two-way hydraulic lock, a clamping cylinder, a
pressure sensor, an instrument display, a controller, a self-resetting slide key, and a working device action switch. The controller is electrically connected to the
hydraulic pump, the three-position four-way
directional valve, the
pressure sensor, the instrument display, the self-resetting slide key, and the working device action switch. The hydraulic
oil tank is connected to the
hydraulic pump, the pressure reducing valve, the three-position four-way
directional valve, the one-way hydraulic lock, the two-way hydraulic lock, and the
hydraulic cylinder in sequence via hydraulic pipelines. The
pressure sensor is used to detect the
oil pressure at the outlet of the one-way hydraulic lock. By adding a pressure sensor and sending the clamping pressure to the controller, and by adding judgment logic to the main controller to display the clamping oil circuit status on the instrument, and by adding judgment logic to the
pile loosening action in the controller, safety accidents caused by operator error are reduced.
