Abstract

An embodiment of the invention discloses a cell reselection method of user equipment UE, a user device and a system. The cell reselection method of the user equipment UE includes: a first judgment step, a current effective first reselection parameter is used for judging whether adjacent cells meet a first reelection evaluation condition, wherein the first reelection parameter is from current serving cell system information and about neighbor cells or from saved adjacent cell system information and about the adjacent cells; and a second judgment step, when a judgment result in the first judgment step is that the adjacent cells meet the first reelection evaluation condition, whether the adjacent cells meet a second reelection evaluation condition is judged according to a second reelection parameter obtained from current adjacent cell system information, and on yes judgment, the adjacent cells are reelected. The cell reselection method of the user equipment UE solves the problem of frequent reelection of the UE and reduces unnecessary power consumption the UE through optimization of a reelection evaluation process.
