The method comprises the steps of establishing a channel display window on a display interface, and establishing link buttons between the channel display window and all channels; establishing a screen capture trigger button on the display interface, and receiving touch point information of a user after the button is triggered; and generating screen capture frames according to the touch point information, and storing images captured by screen capture frames corresponding to all channels. By the aid of the method and the device, channels can be switched conveniently, and images of channels can be displayed on the channel display window. Simultaneously, screen capture can be conducted for images of all channels conveniently, and the user experience can be improved.
