Abstract

An inversion method based on Polarimetric Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (PoLInSAR) is provided, which includes: acquiring a set of PoLInSAR image data of an object to be measured, and performing line fitting on a correlation coefficient estimation value acquired from the PoLInSAR image data by using total least squares to determine a ground surface phase estimation value of the object to be measured; acquiring a volume scattering decorrelation coefficient through a correlation regional boundary acquired from the PoLInSAR image data and a fitted line; performing inversion on the object to be measured by establishing a lookup table to acquire an inversion parameter of the object to be measured as a parameter estimation value of the object to be measured. An inversion apparatus based on Polarimetric Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (PoLInSAR) is provided accordingly. By adopting technical solutions of the disclosure, inversion precision can be improved, and the technical solutions of the disclosure are particularly applicable to the inversion of a forest parameter.
