Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: converging alkali corrosion waste liquor, water washing liquid after alkali corrosion and mold cleaning waste liquor which are generated in the production process steps of aluminum alloy sections into an alkine liquid storage tank, and converging a degreasing water washing liquid, a water washing liquid after oxidization, an oxidizing waste liquor and a neutralizing and degreasing waste liquor into an acidic liquid storage tank; next, carrying out a neutralization reaction between the alkaline liquor and the acidic liquid in a mediation reaction tank so that the PH value of the mixed waste liquor is in the range from 6.5 to 7.5, performing solid-liquid separation on the mixed liquor after the reaction by a concentration separator, and applying the waste water obtained after separation to the production process steps of aluminum alloy sections and the obtained mud cake as a by-product.
