[0036] Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide methods for wireless communication. The method typically includes establishing a plurality of packet data network (PDN) connections over a trusted wide area network (TWAN) using a control protocol. Multiple PDN connections, concurrent non-seamless wireless LAN offload (NSWO) and PDN connections, and IP reservation for PDN connections during handover can be achieved in certain embodiments.
