The longitudinal positioning mechanism is arranged on the frame and comprises a first sliding block and a second sliding block capable of sliding along a first direction. The circumferential positioning mechanism is arranged on the first sliding block and the second sliding block and comprises a positioning core shaft which is used for installing a workpiece and capable of rotating around a shaft center. The support seat is arranged on the frame and located above the longitudinal positioning mechanism. The positioning core shaft is arranged in a first through hole of the support seat in a penetrating mode. The scanning mechanism is arranged on the frame and comprises a scanning portion located between the support seat and the circumferential positioning mechanism. The discharge mechanism is arranged on the frame and comprises a discharge pipe, one end of which is located in a second through hole of the support seat. The first through hole is communicated with the second through hole. The pressure head mechanism is arranged on the support seat.
