Abstract

The invention discloses a method for realizing a metal surface coating by utilizing stir friction treatment, and the method aims to solve the problem that a single-surface coating and a coating with a special path are relatively difficult to realize by hot-dip coating and electroplating. The method comprises the following steps: I, carrying out mechanical polishing on the surface of a to-be-coated metal substrate; II, putting a base plate on a workbench, and sequentially putting a coating metal thin plate and the metal substrate on the base plate, wherein the metal substrate requires that the surface of the coating is in contact with the coating metal thin plate; and fixing the assembly by utilizing a clamp; III, pressing a tool bit into the metal substrate, pressing the tool bit and then staying the tool bit for 0.5-10 seconds, and then, carrying out forward stir friction travelling on the tool bit, thereby completing a primary stir friction coating; IV, after completing the primary stir friction coating on the single-side-surface coating, pulling out the tool bit and returning the tool bit to a position above a pressing-in point, and then, shifting the tool bit in a width direction of the metal plate with offset of 0.2d-0.8d; repeating the step III until completing a secondary stir friction coating; and repeating the steps until completing the last coating. The method is used for realizing the metal surface coating.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for metal surface coating, in particular to a method for realizing metal surface coating by stirring friction treatment. Background technique [0002] Oxidation, pollution, corrosion and other problems will inevitably occur in the process of metal processing, preservation and use. Severe oxidation and corrosion have a serious impact on metal processing and service processes. In order to improve various properties such as metal appearance aesthetics, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, it is often necessary to carry out coating treatment on the metal surface. In addition, plating on the surface of certain weldments helps to improve weldability. For example, for the welding of titanium-aluminum dissimilar metals, dipping aluminum on the surface of titanium alloy helps to improve the strength of titanium-aluminum welded joints. The existing commonly used coating processes are mainly hot-dip plating and electropla...
