Abstract

The invention provides an intelligent transfusion monitoring system and a monitoring method thereof. The intelligent transfusion monitoring system comprises a microprocessor, a setting module, an infrared detection module, a dripping speed control module, an alarming module, an information display module and a wireless transmission module, wherein the microprocessor compares the current liquid drop dripping speed detected by the infrared detection module with a preset dripping speed reference value, and by use of the PID algorithm, utilizes the variable diameter of a cam disc to change the size of a sandwich groove between the cam disc and a propping part so as to change the flow cross section of a dropper and further adjust the transfusion liquid drop rate; when the dripping time interval of two adjacent liquid drops is larger than the preset time interval reference value or when the liquid level of the drop solution is lower than the critical liquid level, an alarm is given, and the liquid dripping speed is reduced till the solution stops dripping. The intelligent transfusion monitoring system and the monitoring method thereof reduce medical accidents and improve the working efficiency of medical staff.
