Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a substrate, a display panel, a display device and a driving method of the display device and relates to the technical field of display. The display uniformity can be improved, and therefore product quality is improved. The substrate comprises an underlayer, multiple transparent electrodes arranged on the underlayer and wires electrically connected with the transparent electrodes. One end of each wire is located in a first non-display region and electrically connected with the output end of an IC. The transparent electrodes are used as common electrodes during display and as touch electrodes during touch. The other end of each wire stretches to a second non-display region opposite to the first non-display region. A first switching structure arranged in the second non-display region is further included. The first switching structure is electrically connected with the other ends of the wires and used for being switched on when the transparent electrodes are used as the common electrodes, and the transparent electrodes receive common voltage signals from the two ends of the wires at the same time. The substrate is used for manufacturing of the display panel and the display device.
