Abstract

The invention provides a shooting method of a freeze-frame video and a mobile terminal. The method is applied to the mobile terminal, and comprises that the video is shot by using a preset shooting parameter, and video data including multiple data frames with frame numbers is obtained; the data frames of specific data frame numbers are extracted and used as target data frames; and the target data frames are used to generate the freeze-frame video.
