The enterprise base data is shared among multiple service systems by using a message channel mechanism. One service system generates base data, and other service systems share the base data through a service manner, so that it is ensured that a large quantity of base data is transmitted effectively when in concurrence. The generation, transmission and receive of the service are monitored, and the data transfer process is checked visually. The service transfer is monitored, and the data transfer direction is visual. When the service system generates and receives a service, the service system feeds production information and receiving information of the service back to the message channel. Execution of the content of the received service is managed by using a cache mechanism. If the execution fails, the system executes again at regular time later till the service content is executed successfully. Through adoption of the method, base data of all service systems is ensured to be consistent, and the system pressure is relieved.
