Embodiment Construction

[0025] Figure 1a and Figure 1b The respective schematic diagrams of two preferred embodiments of the device according to the invention are shown respectively. Figure 1a and Figure 1b Share reference numbers for the same parts.

[0026] The device 100 is thus arranged for providing a temporary connection between a first object 101 and a second object 102 which are movable relative to each other. The first object 101 includes a first connection device 114 and the second object 102 includes a second connection device 154 . The temporary connection is established by the two connection devices 114 and 154 being brought together and connected to each other.

[0027] "Connected" in the present invention means not only, and preferably not mainly, and preferably not at all, the formation of a mooring between objects, but the purpose of transferring a medium or energy from one object to another object. See the example below.

[0028] The apparatus 100 also includes at least one...

Abstract

Device (100) for achieving a temporary connection between two objects (101,102) which are movable relative to each other, comprising respective connecting means (114,154), being brought together in order to jointly establish said connection, a movable robot (110), arranged to continuously displace the first connecting means relative to the first object, a control means (120), arranged to control the movements of the robot relative to the first object, as well as a sensor means (130), arranged to continuously read a relative position between the first connecting means and the second connecting means while the said objects move relative to each other. The invention is characterised in that the control means is arranged to, while the objects move relative to each other, continuously control the robot so that the first connecting means is displaced, relative to the first object and up to the second connecting means, and there connects to the second connecting means. The invention also relates to a method.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for establishing a temporary connection between two objects moving relative to each other, in particular, wherein both objects include respective connection devices, and wherein the temporary connection is achieved by being connected to each other by the connection devices Established. Background technique [0002] In many cases, objects that can move relative to each other need to be connected, such as various vehicles that can move relative to each other or moving vehicles moving toward fixed facilities on land. It is also common for such temporary connections to be established and maintained for a period of time during which the objects are not only movable, but actually movable relative to each other. [0003] For example, marina vessel automatic mooring systems are previously known which keep the vessel on hold while connections for eg fresh water supply and electricity are established and ...
