Abstract

The invention discloses a device and method for testing circumferential tensile strength of a thin-wall pipe material. The method comprises the steps: (i) measuring dimensions of the thin-wall pipe material; (ii) mounting the device; (iii) testing the circumferential tensile strength; (iv) calculating the circumferential tensile strength.
