The method comprises the steps of determining a time period in which a user currently is located; determining network demand information set by a user for the time period according to a routing policy adjustment calendar, wherein the network demand information comprises M network demands and M weights in one to one correspondence with the M network demands, the M is a positive integer, and the M weights are used for measuring the demand degree of the user for the M network demands; and configuring the routing policy which satisfies the M network demands and corresponds to the network demand information to the user in the time period.
