The invention provides a video recommending method based on video affective characteristics and conversation models, which is characterized in that: affective characteristics of a video are adopted as the comparison foundation, multiple affective characteristics are extracted from the video and an affiliated sound track to synthesize an attraction-arousal curve diagram (V-A diagram), then the V-Adiagram is homogenized, the homogenized V-A diagram is classified into different identical blocks with a fixed quantity, a color block diagram of each block is determined, a difference of the two color block diagrams on corresponding positions of two pictures is compared to a threshold value to obtain a block difference and a coverage difference, finally the similarity value of the two videos canbe obtained, and a processed result for clustering the similarity value is used as a video recommend result. The method also adopts a conversation model to update the video recommend result during the continuous watching process of a user. Due to the adoption of the method, the video recommend result can more satisfy the current affective status of the user, the clicking rate of the user on the recommended video and the number of the continuously-watched video can be improved.

The method can flexibly and dynamically adjust the current-carrying capacity of the photoelectric composite sea cable according to season changes and environmental condition changes so that the capability of transmitting electric energy of the photoelectric composite sea cable can be exerted to the utmost.

Real-time multi-modal language analysis system and method based on mobile edge intelligence

The invention discloses a real-time multi-modal language analysis system and method based on mobile edge intelligence, and the system comprises three types of mobile edge intelligent servers: a mobilebase station (MGS), an unmanned vehicle (UGV) and an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), and the computing resources of the three types of mobile edge intelligent servers are sequentially reduced, and themoving flexibility is sequentially improved. According to the real-time multi-modal language analysis system, language data of a user is divided into three modalities, namely characters, voice and images, and a calculation task is allocated to a proper MEI server to be executed according to the calculation and analysis difficulty and the size of required calculation resources. According to the method, a real-time multi-modal language analysis and calculation problem in a dynamic environment is constructed, then a task unloading matrix and a resource allocation matrix are generated through a deep learning online optimization method, and meanwhile, movement path planning of an MEI server is automatically implemented according to channel conditions and interference during communication. Thetrained DNN can be suitable for a dynamic scene in which the number of multi-modal computing tasks changes, and has very high practicability.
