Abstract

The invention discloses a full-automatic rotor winding machine which includes a frame, a mobile platform, a feeding device, winding heads, an upper positioning rod and a breaking component. The winding heads are arranged and distributed on the two sides of the mobile platform in pairs. The upper positioning rod is arranged above the mobile platform in a winding work area. The upper positioning rodis driven by an upper driving device to rotate about the axis thereof. When the upper positioning rod is pressed, the upper positioning rod and a lower positioning rod work together to fix a rotor core. The breaking component is arranged above the winding work area, and the breaking component breaks a copper wire after winding and clamps the open end of the copper wire through a wire clamp. The winding heads are mounted on a mobile bracket. The mobile bracket is driven by a first driving device to move back and forth to clamp or loosen the rotor core. Each winding head is provided with a clamp plate acting on the rotor core at the front end thereof, and a rotating arm is installed coaxially with the clamp plate.
