An upwards-straddle-type interchange is built above a main road; a vehicle turning-around lane and a pedestrian passageway are arranged on the lower portions of the two sides of the interchange correspondingly; vehicle turning-around lanes are arranged on the two sides of the central line of a ground road; a roundabout and a turning-around lane are arrangedin the middle of a road junction; and a straight lane is arranged on the outer side of the turning-around lane. After the novel interchange scheme is built,, straight passing vehicles on the main road pass through the road junction along a straight passageway on the upper portion of the interchange; straight passing vehicles on the ground road pass through the road junction through a straight passageway on the lower portion of the interchange, and the straight passing vehicles do not cross with one another at the road junction; rightwards-turning vehicles in all the directions directly turn right through a rightwards-turning lane and then pass through the road junction; and leftwards-turning vehicles turns around through the adjacent road junctions to turn left. The turning-around lane atthe road junction is arranged for the leftwards-turning vehicles at the adjacent road junctions, and thus the problem of crossing of the leftwards-turning vehicles is solved. By building the simple overline interchange, mutual communicating of the vehicles in all the directions of the road junctions is achieved, road interchange in the urban center area without demolition or with little demolition is achieved, and the urban space and project investment are saved.
