The prediction model is employed to perform prediction of the fault frequency and the maintenancecost of each device in the future observation time quantum to determine the total maintenance cost of each device, and therefore, the problem is solved prediction is inaccurate caused by predication of fault frequency and the maintenance cost of each device through people's experience or simple algorithms.
