The vertical projection of the frame part on the display screen covers the whole non-display region. The surface cover assembly comprises a fluorescent layer which is attached to one side, facing the display screen, of the frame partand covers the whole frame part. The vertical projection of the fluorescent layer on the display screen will cover the whole non-display region. When the display screen is in a working state, the fluorescent layer is activated by the light emitted by the display screen to generate fluorescent light, and the frame part also generates fluorescent light. The frame part generating the fluorescent light will cover the non-display region, and enables naked eyes not to observe the non-display region so as to eliminate a black side sensed by a user.
