network domain features into a trained dual-
domain model to predict degraded users, obtaining the degraded users output by the dual-
domain model, and determining the degraded features from the user-perceived features and radio network domain features; and determining the degraded cells from each
cell based on the degraded features of the cells traversed by the degraded users. The method, apparatus, device, medium, and product for predicting user-perceived degraded cells provided by this invention can achieve more accurate prediction of user-perceived degraded cells.
