The embodiment of the invention discloses a pre-loaded application management method, a pre-loaded application management device, a storage medium and an intelligent terminal. The method comprises thesteps of: determining an application to be pre-loaded; pre-loading an application interface corresponding to the application based on a pre-loaded active window stack created in advance; obtaining user operation, determining the starting rate of the application according to the user operation, and distributing the priority to the application according to the starting rate; and, when a pre-set turnoff condition is satisfied, turning off the application based on the priority. By adoption of the technical scheme, the starting speed of the target application can be increased; furthermore, displayof the display content of a foreground application on a display screen is not influenced; simultaneously, the priority is distributed to the pre-loaded application based on the user operation; the application is turned off according to the priority; and the problem that the memory utilization rate of the intelligent terminal is influenced due to process resident of the pre-loaded application canbe avoided.
