Abstract

The bag opening device comprises a base and an object bearing barrel; a conveying passage is formed in the base; the object bearing barrel is slidably arranged in the conveying passage; the object bearing barrel is used for placing a to-be-unbagged product; the to-be-unbagged product is provided with a packing bag; the edge of a sealed opening of the packing bag is exposed out of the opening of the object bearing barrel; the base is provided with a bag cutting mechanism; when the object bearing barrel slides till the opening of the object bearing barrel is opposite to the bag cutting mechanism, the edge of the sealed opening of the packing bag can be cut off by the bag cutting mechanism; and the object bearing barrel can slide till the openingof the object bearing barrel is exposed out of the base. The invention further discloses a method for using the bag opening device. The method comprises the step of placing in which the object bearingbarrel slides till the opening of the object bearing barrel is exposed out of the base, and the to-be-unbagged product is placed into the object bearing barrel and the step of bag opening in which the object bearing barrel slides till the opening of the object bearing barrel is opposite to the bag cutting mechanism, and then the edge of the sealed opening of the packing bag of the to-be-unbaggedproduct in the object bearing barrel is cut off by the bag cutting mechanism. No manual operation is needed during the whole bag opening process, so that automation of the bag opening process is realized.
