Compared with the prior art, the application realizes automatic bag feeding, bag taking, bag opening and waste bag recycling, has compact overall structural layout, small equipment appearance and smaller installation space. The cooperation of the feeding mechanism and the sealing mechanism improves the sealing performance of the machine shell, so that the bag opening, bag shaking and waste bag recycling can be automatically completed in a sealed space, and the pollution of the external environment to the materials is reduced.

A device having the cutting head further includes a pallet place for the arrangement of the pallet correspondingly wrapped with film, where the cutting head is disposed on a support arm that is configured to travel such that the cutting head remains in contact with the film via the two opposing contact elements during cutting.
