The method comprises the steps of 1), setting parameters; 2), reading a water molecule absorption spectrum line data set; 3), calculating a parameter corresponding to an ith water molecule absorption spectrum line; 4), calculating a Voigt lineshape of each water molecule absorption spectrum line through a numerical approximation method; and 5) calculating a water molecule absorption spectrum between preset v0 and v1. According to the method, the water molecule absorption spectrum can be effectively obtained without using a high-resolution spectrometer, so that a standard water molecule absorption spectrum can be provided for a cavity enhanced absorption spectrum technology.
