Abstract

The device comprises a signal generating device, a signal transmitting device, a signal conducting device, a mobile platform and a signal receiving device. A vector network analyzer generates a transmitting signal, a transmitting end extension member boosts the frequency of the transmitting signal to a terahertzband to form an incident signal, and then the incident signal is radiated by a transmitting antenna, the incident signal is conducted by the signal conducting device and acts on a to-be-measured target of the mobile platform, the mobile platform drives the to-be-measured target to move, and a receiving antenna receives echo signals at different positions, transmits the echo signals to a receivingend extension member and the signal generating device and realizes the scattering imaging according to the incident signal and the echo signals. The device provided by the invention uses the vector network analyzer, and is provided with the transmitting end extension member, the transmitting antenna, the receiving end extension member and the receiving antenna to generate terahertz waves with high stability, and the mobile platform drives the to-be-measured target to move, so that the terahertz radar scattering imaging is more accurate.
