The grinding wheel manufacturing method uses an SLM added material manufacturing technology for manufacturing the metal basal body of the grinding wheel; after manufacturing of the metal basal body, a micro drop spraying technology is used for precisely conveying a grinding wheel bonding agent to a specific area on the surface of the basal body attachedby abrasive grains; then, the abrasive grains are conveyed to the bonding agent distribution area through an air-borne abrasive grain nozzle; and the basal body of the grinding wheel, the bonding agent and the abrasive grains are combined and cured by using related curing methods.
