The CDN service processing method comprises the steps of receiving a user message, obtaining information of a forwarding chain of an effective content delivery network entity according to the user message and information of forwarding chains of pre-stored content delivery networkentities; forwarding the information of the forwarding chain of the effective content delivery network entity to software-defined network forwarding equipment corresponding to the effective content delivery network entity, and enabling the software-defined network forwarding equipment to forward the user message to the effective content delivery network entity, thereby being capable of solving aproblem of service delay caused by multiple times of seven-layer redirection of the network when a user accesses the content delivery network entity, and solving a single point failure problem causedby a global load balancing server in the traditional content delivery network at the same time.
