The method comprises the following steps: (1) starting underground data acquisition, sending a routing inspection instruction to all the substations and sensors by a monitoring system at a fixed time, and recording times of data-free return of the sensors; (2) monitoring and judging by the monitoring system, setting a reading alarm information mark as TRUE when abnormity exists, and ending the present routing inspection operation; (3) acquiring a threshold value of monitoring data according to sensor information, and judging if real-time data is within a range of normal value; (4) if the real-time data is out of the range of normal value, storing the sensor information and abnormal real-time data inalarming information, setting the reading alarm information mark as TRUE and ending the present routing inspection operation.
