The invention discloses a logistics transportation scheduling method and platform, and relates to the field of logistics. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a waybill demand, wherein the waybill demand comprises cargo information, a transportation path and transportation time; screening the vehicles which accord with the cargo information, the transportation distance and the transportation time from all the vehicles; matching drivers supporting the transportation distance and the vehicle information, and notifying the drivers; and if the driver confirms the waybill requirement, binding the driver with the waybill requirement until the number of the drivers meets the vehicle requirement. According to the present invention, vehicles meeting requirements are screened according to waybill requirements, then, people meeting the waybill requirement and capable of driving the vehicle are screened out from the drivers, and the waybill information is sent to the personnel, when a driver confirms the waybill requirement, the driver, the vehicle and the waybill requirement are bound, the binding is stopped until the number of the driver meets the vehicle driving requirement, and therefore the reasonable arrangement of transportation tasks is efficiently completed, and the distribution efficiency is high.
