The system comprises a methanol reforming hydrogen production machine, a hydrogen energy power supply, a controller, a solidification hydrogen storing system, a first control valve, a second control valve, a hydrogen compressor, a hydrogen dehydration system, wherein the methanol reforming hydrogen production machine, the hydrogen energy power supply and the solidification hydrogen storing system are mutually connected; the first control valve is arranged between the methanol reforming hydrogen production machine and the hydrogen energy power supply, and the second control valve is arranged between the solidification hydrogen storing system and the hydrogen energy power supply; and the methanol reforming hydrogen production machine, the hydrogen dehydration system, the hydrogen compressor and the solidification hydrogen storing system are sequentially connected. The energy storage efficiency of the system is much higher than that of direct application of a compressed hydrogen gas cylinder, fuel refreshment is carried out extremely conveniently, and people only need to fill methanol when fuels are discovered to be insufficient by remote monitoring and do not need to replace a container which is required in compressed hydrogen replacement, thereby greatly improving the transport efficiency and the safety.
