The invention discloses a separate-type extracorporeal circulation system which comprises an upper computer system, a lower computer system and an extracorporeal circulation device. The upper computer system can exist independently, the lower computer system and the extracorporeal circulation device can be integrated into a whole and can also exist mutually independently, the upper computer system is in wired or wireless data connection with the lower computer system, and the lower computer system is in wired or wireless data connection with the extracorporeal circulation device. Compared with a traditional extracorporeal circulation system, especially a hemodialysis machine, the separate-type extracorporeal circulation system enables the upper computer system to be independent, therefore, on one hand, the size of the extracorporeal circulation system is obviously reduced, the extracorporeal circulation system is made to be easy to carry, a patient can perform repeated short-time dialysis or night dialysis treatment at home, the medical care cost is reduced, and meanwhile the toxin tolerance of the dialysis patient during dialysis is reduced; on the other hand, the upper computer system can perform programming, networking and remote controlling conveniently, and therefore networking and intellectualization of the separate-type extracorporeal circulation system are achieved.
