Centralized bicarbonate mixing system

A centralized bicarbonate mixing system is provided for a plurality of dialysis machines of a dialysis clinic. The system includes a source of purified water, a mix tank, an eductor having a hopper for receiving dry bicarbonate material, a mixing pump and a mixing conduit loop connecting the mixing pump, the eductor and the mix tank so that as water is circulated by the mixing pump through the mixing conduit loop, the dry bicarbonate material is drawn into the eductor and mixed with the water. The system further includes a circulation tank, and a transfer conduit connecting the mixing conduit loop to the circulation tank, so that a mixed bicarbonate solution can be transferred from the mixing conduit loop to the circulation tank. The system further includes a circulation pump, and a circulation supply conduit connecting the circulation tank and the circulation pump so that mixed bicarbonate solution can be pumped from the circulation tank to the dialysis machines. The system is preferably constructed of cross-linked polyethylene and / or polypropylene plastic pipe and fittings, and is provided with heat exchangers so that the same can be heat disinfected. Furthermore, the use of the eductor and closed hopper allows for easy loading of dry bicarbonate material into the system, and for sanitary mixing of a batch of bicarbonate solution in the closed system.

Separate-type extracorporeal circulation system

The invention discloses a separate-type extracorporeal circulation system which comprises an upper computer system, a lower computer system and an extracorporeal circulation device. The upper computer system can exist independently, the lower computer system and the extracorporeal circulation device can be integrated into a whole and can also exist mutually independently, the upper computer system is in wired or wireless data connection with the lower computer system, and the lower computer system is in wired or wireless data connection with the extracorporeal circulation device. The invention relates to an adapter (3) for connecting a container connector to a connection socket of a dialysis machine. The container connector is provided with two fluid lines connecting the inside and the outside of the container, whereby the ends that open to the outside are concentric. The coupling socket of the dialysis machine is provided with two fluid lines, whereby the ends that open to the outside are not concentric and are spaced apart. According to the invention, the adapter (3) includes first (301) and second (302) concentric adapter ribs. The first rib forms a circular chamber open to the outside and the base of which is provided with a first opening, while the second rib surrounds the first and forms an annular chamber open to the outside and the base of which is provided with a second opening. In addition, the adapter is provided with a first linking channel (306) into which the first opening from the first circular chamber opens and a second linking channel (307) insulated from the first channel and into which the second opening from the second annular chamber opens. Each channel (306, 307) includes an end piece (308, 309) formed by a circular tube, said end pieces (308, 309) being sized and arranged so that they can be inserted into the receiving members of the connection socket of the dialysis machine.

Novel self-cleaning system of hemodialysis machine

The invention discloses a novel self-cleaning system of a hemodialysis machine. A liquid drainage port of the hemodialysis machine is connected with a conductivity detector. The self-cleaning system comprises an RO water cleaning line, a sterilizing solution is infecting line and a controller. The RO water cleaning line comprises multiple branch RO water pipelines, each of which is connected with a liquid inlet of the hemodialysis machine through a first flow adjusting valve. The sterilizing solution disinfecting line comprises multiple branch sterilizing solution pipelines, each of which is connected with an input unit and a first electronic flowmeter. Each branch sterilizing solution pipeline is connected with the liquid inlet of the hemodialysis machine. A pressure alarm is connected between a delivery unit and the second flow adjusting valve. A diluent pipe is connected with a second electronic flowmeter used for metering diluents entering a sterilizing solution storage tank. The controller is used for controlling the RO water cleaning line and the sterilizing solution disinfecting line to switch for work. The novel self-cleaning system of the hemodialysis machine helps achieve large-scale, standard and intelligent cleaning operation.
