Abstract

The invention relates to a method for controlling a clothing care program of a washing machine. The washing machine comprises an inner drum driven to rotate by means of a motor, and an outer drum arranged around the inner drum; the two ends of an air channel are separately connected with the outer drum; the air channel is internally provided with a fan, and is also provided with an air particulatefiltering device; the control method comprises the steps of starting the motor to rotate the inner drum, and controlling the motor to rotate at a rotation speed less than a rotation speed at which clothing can make centrifugal movement; starting the fan to enabling the air in the outer drum to pass through the filtering device. During the rotation of the inner drum, the particulate matters attached to the clothing are detached from the clothing and fly in the air. When the air carrying the particulate matters passes through the air particulate filtering device arranged in the air channel, theparticulate matters are captured by the filtering device. After a continuous cycle, the particulate matters in the clothing are slowly transferred into the filtering device.
