The method comprises the following steps that a block chain supporting a smart contract is selected or created as an asset hosting chain; asset hosting registration is performed, namely the entrusting party generates a hostingtransaction on the encrypted asset chain by using a private key signature, and broadcasts the hosting transaction; asset transaction is performed, namely the asset hosting contract matches hosted assets according to a hosting strategy set by the entrusting party; two suggested transactions are generated and broadcast on the asset hosting chain; wherein the two suggested transactions are used forrealizing encrypted asset replacement in different entrusting party accounts, the corresponding entrusting party signs the suggested transactions and then broadcasts the signed transactions on the asset hosting chain, and the asset hosting contract attaches signatures of the entrusting party after receiving the two suggested transactions signed by the entrusting party and broadcasts the signatureson the corresponding encrypted asset chain.
