Abstract

The invention discloses network equipment, terminal equipment, a communication system composed of the network equipment and the terminal equipment, and a communication method, which can solve the problem that in the prior art, the uplink data sending efficiency in an unauthorized frequency band is low. The communication system comprises network equipment and terminal equipment. The network equipment is connected with at least one terminal equipment. The terminal equipment comprises a terminal data unit and a terminal control unit. The network equipment comprises a network data unit and a network control unit. The network control unit sends downlink control information to the terminal control unit. The downlink control information comprises a start position, an end position indication, duration and a frequency domain position. The end position indication is used for indicating the last symbol which can be used in the sending time slot. The terminal data unit moves backwards in sequencebetween the positions indicated by the starting position and the ending position until the time domain position for starting data transmission is determined, and sends data to the network data unit inthe duration time through an uplink data sharing channel according to the time domain position and the frequency domain position.
