Abstract

The embodiment of the invention relates to an image main color determination method and device, a storage medium and electronic equipment, and relates to the technical field of image processing. The method comprises the steps: based on color subspaces obtained by dividing a color space in advance, performing statistical operation on the color subspaces to which all pixel points in a target image belong, and obtaining the number of the pixel points in all the color subspaces; clustering the representative colors of the color subspaces to obtain a first preset number of color categories, and dividing the color subspaces into the color categories to which the representative colors of the color subspaces belong; respectively weighting the representative color in each color category to obtain amain color of each color category; arranging the main colors of each color category according to the number of the pixel points in each color category, and selecting a second preset number of main colors as the main colors of the target image. The method can improve the accuracy of the main color of the image, and is suitable for images with complex color distribution.
