Abstract

The regional-level real-time carbon emission data accounting method comprises the following steps: constructing a carbon emission accounting model based on department activity level data; collecting activity level data of various departments in real time; performing data cleaning on the collected activity level data of various departments; and substituting the cleaned data of each department into the carbon emission accounting model based on the department activity level data to obtain the daily carbon emission of the regional grading department. By utilizing the method and the device, the regional carbon emission can be checked in real time or near real time, the daily carbon emission data of regional division departments are generated, and the problem that a current carbon emission data set has time hysteresis of one year or more and does not have day-level or hour-level carbon emission data is solved.
