Abstract

The invention describes a machine (M) for arranging articles (T) in an alternating manner along a single queue (F), said articles comprising a first end (Te) having a protruding edge (Tb) and a second end (Tf) located on the opposite side of the protruding edge (Tb). The machine comprises: guide means (10) for guiding the articles (T) along a single queue; separating means (20) for receiving and dividing the articles (T) into a first group and a second group and for alternately feeding the first group and the second group; and collecting and dropping means (30) configured to rotate the articles (T) of the first and second groups according to a predetermined orientation and for stacking the articles one above the other in an alternating manner along a single queue. The invention also relates to a corresponding method.
