Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of fabric preparation, in particular to an environmentally friendly breathable polyester fabric and a preparation process thereof. Background Art

[0002] Polyester, also known as polyester filament, is a synthetic fiber. It is a synthetic fiber made from organic dibasic acids and diols through chemical polycondensation, and belongs to the category of high molecular synthetic compounds. Polyester has many advantages, such as high strength, elastic recovery and chemical resistance. Clothes made of polyester fabrics are strong and durable, and can quickly recover to their original shape. They show excellent wrinkle resistance and shape retention during wearing, are not easy to wrinkle, and can maintain the original shape of the clothes. In addition, polyester fabrics also have the characteristics of wear resistance and non-stickiness, making the fabric look neater.

[0003] However, polyester has poor air permeability, is flammable, and is very easy to breed bacteria, which in turn causes diseases and affects people's health. In view of the above problems, it is very necessary to provide a preparation process for environmentally friendly breathable polyester fabrics. Summary of the invention

[0004] The object of the present invention is to provide an environmentally friendly breathable polyester fabric and a preparation process thereof to solve the problems raised in the above background technology.

[0005] In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: an environmentally friendly breathable polyester fabric and a preparation process thereof:

[0006] Step 1:

[0007] The epoxy polyurethane emulsion, epoxy flame retardant, epoxy organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt and curing agent are mixed to obtain a modifier; after washing and drying the polyester yarn, the polyester yarn is immersed in the modifier at a bath ratio of 1:(15-20) for 60-90 minutes, and after taking out, the polyester yarn is vacuum dried at 80-90° C. for 3-5 hours to obtain a modified polyester yarn;

[0008] Step 2:

[0009] The carboxymethyl cellulose powder is dissolved in deionized water to obtain a carboxymethyl cellulose solution with a mass concentration of 10-15%; the chitosan powder is dissolved in an acetic acid solution with a volume concentration of 2-3% to obtain a chitosan solution with a mass fraction of 2-3%; the carboxymethyl cellulose solution and the chitosan solution are mixed at a volume ratio of (3-5):1, 1-3% of glycerol of the total mass of the mixed solution is added, and the mixture is mixed in an oil bath at 110-120°C to obtain a spinning solution; the spinning solution is electrostatically spun to obtain a bio-based spinning fiber; and the bio-based spinning fiber and a modified polyester fiber are blended to obtain a finished product.

[0010] Furthermore, in the modifier, the contents of each component, by weight, are 100 parts of epoxy polyurethane emulsion, 5 to 8 parts of epoxy flame retardant, 10 to 14 parts of epoxy organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt, and 20 to 24 parts of curing agent.

[0011] Furthermore, the preparation method of the epoxy polyurethane emulsion is as follows: 35 to 50 parts of isophorone diisocyanate and 100 parts of polyethylene glycol 1000 are mixed by weight, dibutyltin dilaurate is used as a catalyst, and the mixture is reacted at 50 to 60° C. for 1 to 2 hours, and then 6 to 8 parts of dihydroxymethylpropionic acid are added to react for 0.5 to 1 hour, and then 5 to 7 parts of 1,4-butanediol are added to react for 1 to 2 hours to obtain an isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer; glycidol is added at a molar ratio of isocyanate group to hydroxyl group of 1:1 to react for 1 to 2 hours, and after cooling, 9 to 13 parts of triethylamine are added to neutralize the mixture, and deionized water is added to emulsify the mixture to obtain an epoxy polyurethane emulsion with a solid content of 30 to 40%.

[0012] Furthermore, the preparation method of the epoxy flame retardant comprises the following steps:

[0013] S1: Disperse eugenol in ethyl acetate, use triethylamine as an acid-binding agent, cool in an ice bath until the system temperature is stable, add phenyl dichlorophosphate, stir at 20-30°C for 24h, and finally separate, wash and rotary evaporate the product to obtain dieugenol phenyl phosphate;

[0014] S2: Disperse dieugenol phenyl phosphate in ethyl acetate, add m-chloroperbenzoic acid at 40-50° C. with stirring and react for 48-52 hours; after the reaction, separate the reaction product, wash, rotary evaporate, cool and recrystallize, and dry to obtain an epoxy flame retardant.

[0015] Further, in S1, eugenol and phenyl dichloride phosphate are reacted in a molar ratio of 2:1.

[0016] Further, in S2, dieugenol phenyl phosphate and meta-chloroperbenzoic acid are reacted in a molar ratio of 1:2.

[0017] Furthermore, the preparation method of epoxy organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt is as follows: in a nitrogen environment, N,N-diethylaminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane is dispersed in anhydrous methanol, the temperature is raised to 55-65°C, a mixed solution of epichlorohydrin and anhydrous methanol is added, and after the addition is completed, the reaction is kept warm for 6-10 hours, the anhydrous methanol is removed by rotary evaporation and eluted with anhydrous ether, and the epoxy organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt is obtained.

[0018] Further, N,N-diethylaminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane is reacted with epichlorohydrin in a molar ratio of 1:1.

[0019] Furthermore, the environmentally friendly breathable polyester fabric contains 15-20% bio-based spinning fibers and 80-85% modified polyester blended fibers by weight.

[0020] Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects achieved by the present invention are: the polyester fabric prepared by the present invention has good flame retardant properties, antibacterial properties and breathable properties, and some of the materials are renewable and environmentally friendly materials, which can not only reduce the preparation cost but also meet the needs of green development.

[0021] The present invention uses a modifier to modify polyester yarn. The main components of the modifier are: using glycidol as a capping agent to cap the polyurethane prepolymer to obtain an epoxy polyurethane emulsion; reacting eugenol with dichlorophenyl phosphate to obtain dieugenol phenyl phosphate, and then using m-chloroperbenzoic acid as an oxidant to epoxidize the double bonds at both ends to obtain an epoxy flame retardant; using N,N-diethylaminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane and epichlorohydrin as raw materials to react to obtain an epoxy organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt. The main components all contain epoxy groups, and under the action of an amine curing agent, a film layer can be formed on the surface of the polyester yarn after curing; wherein the epoxy flame retardant provides a certain flame retardant performance, and the epoxy organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt can not only enhance the antibacterial performance of the polyester yarn surface, but also is an application of an organosilicon cationic surfactant, which plays a role in solubilizing and emulsifying the modifier.

[0022] The present invention prepares fabrics by blending polyester and bio-based spinning fibers, wherein the bio-based spinning fibers are obtained by mixing carboxymethyl cellulose solution and chitosan solution through electrostatic spinning technology. In the bio-based spinning fibers, chitosan has good antibacterial properties, and improves the antibacterial effect and antibacterial persistence together with the epoxy silicone quaternary ammonium salt in the modifier. Carboxymethyl cellulose and chitosan are both porous structural materials, so they have higher porosity, which can improve the air permeability of the fabric. In addition, during the actual research and development process, the inventor unexpectedly found that compared with the polyester fabric modified by a single modifier, the polyester fabric in the present invention has better flame retardant properties. After repeated studies, the inventor believes that it is mainly due to the presence of chitosan in the bio-based spinning fibers. Chitosan contains a large amount of amino groups, and the polyurethane coating on the surface of the modified polyester decomposes during the combustion process to produce isocyanate groups, which can react with the amino groups in chitosan, thereby reducing the concentration of combustible substances, thereby inhibiting the combustion process and further improving the flame retardant effect. It should be noted that the higher the amount of bio-based spinning fiber, the better. Too much of it will lead to reduced wrinkle resistance and resilience of the fabric. Therefore, the present invention controls the amount of the two when blending the yarn. Specifically, by weight percentage, 15-20% bio-based spinning fiber and 80-85% modified polyester yarn.
