[0021] <Description of Embodiments of the Present Disclosure>
[0022] First, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described by way of examples.
[0023] The circuit structure disclosed in the present invention comprises: a heat-generating component; and a bus bar for carrying electricity, which is connected to the connecting part of the heat-generating component, and the bus bar for carrying electricity has: a bolt fastening part, which has a bolt insertion hole; and a hollow pipe, which extends through the interior of the bus bar for carrying electricity and includes a first opening and a second opening, the first opening is opened at one end of the bus bar in the length direction, and the second opening is opened at the other end of the bus bar in the length direction, and the bus bar for carrying electricity also has: a first connecting pipe body, which is fluid-tightly connected to the one end of the bus bar for carrying electricity, surrounds the first opening and is connected to the first opening; and a second connecting pipe body, which is fluid-tightly connected to the other end of the bus bar for carrying electricity, surrounds the second opening and is connected to the second opening, the first connecting pipe body has a first pipe connecting port that can be connected to an external cooling medium source, and the second connecting pipe body has a second pipe connecting port that can be connected to the cooling medium source.
[0024] According to the circuit structure disclosed in the present invention, the busbar for power supply connected to the connection part of the heat-generating component has a bolt fastening part and a hollow pipe. In addition, the first connecting tube body and the second connecting tube body that are respectively connected to the first opening and the second opening are fluid-tightly connected at the two ends of the busbar for power supply, and the first pipe connection port and the second pipe connection port that can be connected to the external cooling medium source are respectively provided in these connecting tube bodies. Thus, the busbar for power supply connected to the connection part of the heat-generating component can maintain a state of being cooled by the cooling medium from the cooling medium source flowing in the internal hollow pipe. As a result, the heat generated by the heat-generating component can be directly and quickly dissipated through the busbar for power supply connected to the connection part of the heat-generating component. Therefore, compared with the previous structure, the mounting area occupied by the heat-conducting component in the housing can be reduced, and the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat-generating component using the busbar for power supply can be advantageously improved.
[0025] Moreover, a hollow pipe for circulating a cooling medium is provided inside the power-carrying busbar, so that the cooling of the heat-generating component can be promoted while meeting the requirement of space saving. In addition, a bolt fastening portion having a bolt insertion hole is provided on the power-carrying busbar, so that the fastening operation between the connection portion with the heat-generating component and other intermediate busbars can be easily performed, and the same operability as the general power-carrying busbar is ensured.
[0026] The cooling medium can be introduced from a cooling medium source mounted on the vehicle, and any available cooling medium can be used, but preferably, a cooling medium such as Fluorinert, which is an insulator, can be used.
[0027] Preferably, the first pipe connection port of the first connecting pipe body protrudes and opens to the side of the power-carrying bus bar, and is connected to a cooling medium supply pipe for supplying cooling medium from the cooling medium source, and the second pipe connection port of the second connecting pipe body protrudes and opens to the side of the power-carrying bus bar, and is connected to a cooling medium return pipe for returning the cooling medium to the cooling medium source.
[0028] The first pipeline connection port of the first connecting tube body and the second pipeline connection port of the second connecting tube body are respectively protruded and opened to the side of the power-on bus bar. As a result, the cooling medium supply pipeline and the cooling medium return pipeline can be easily connected to the first opening and the second opening of the hollow pipeline of the power-on bus bar, and the assembly workability can be improved. And, as a result, the cooling medium from the cooling medium source is supplied from the cooling medium supply pipeline through the first opening of the hollow pipeline of the power-on bus bar, and the cooling medium flowing inside the hollow pipeline is discharged from the second opening of the hollow pipeline and refluxed to the cooling medium source through the cooling medium return pipeline. In addition, the first / second pipeline connection ports are respectively protruded and arranged to the side of the power-on bus bar, so that the assembly space of the cooling medium supply pipeline and the cooling medium return pipeline can be ensured at a location deviating from the wiring area of the power-on bus bar, and the assembly workability can be further improved. Furthermore, the first and second pipe connection ports are respectively provided to protrude to the sides of the power supply bus bar, thereby enabling the circuit structure to be lowered even when assembling the cooling medium supply pipe and the cooling medium return pipe, and advantageously meeting the demand for space saving.
[0029] Preferably, the power busbar includes: a central region, in which the central portion in the width direction is expanded by a predetermined width; and a pair of side regions, which are expanded by a predetermined width on both sides of the central region in the width direction, and the portion of the central region other than the bolt insertion hole is solidly formed over the entire length in the length direction, and the hollow pipe penetrating in the length direction is provided in at least one of the side regions. Since the bolt insertion hole is provided in the central region of the central portion in the width direction, the bolt fastening portion can be provided in the central portion in the width direction of the power busbar, and stable bolt fastening can be performed. In addition, the portion other than the bolt insertion hole in the central region is solid over the entire length in the length direction, and the hollow pipe penetrating in the length direction is provided in the side region, so that the central region and a pair of side regions in the power busbar of a special structure as disclosed in the present invention can be easily manufactured by extrusion molding.
[0030] Preferably, the bolt fastening portion of the power-carrying busbar is directly bolted to the connecting portion of the heat-generating component. By directly bolting the bolt fastening portion of the power-carrying busbar to the connecting portion of the heat-generating component, the heat generated by the heat-generating component can be directly transferred from the connecting portion of the heat-generating component to the power-carrying busbar, and the heat can be quickly dissipated through the power-carrying busbar through which the cooling medium refluxes. As a result, compared with the previous structure in which the busbar needs to be routed to the heat-dissipating object, the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat-generating component can be further improved.
[0031] Preferably, the bolt fastening portion of the power-carrying busbar includes a first bolt fastening portion provided on the one end side and a second bolt fastening portion provided on the other end side, and the first bolt fastening portion and the second bolt fastening portion are directly bolted to the respective connecting portions of a pair of adjacently arranged heat-generating components. By connecting the connecting portions of the adjacently arranged heat-generating components to the first bolt fastening portion and the second bolt fastening portion of the power-carrying busbar, respectively, the power-carrying busbar of the present disclosure can be directly fastened to a pair of heat-generating components, and the heat dissipation of the heat-generating components can be performed via the power-carrying busbar with good heat dissipation efficiency. Moreover, the setting distance of the power-carrying busbar of the special structure of the present disclosure can be shortened, and the superiority of the heat dissipation efficiency can be maintained, so that the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat-generating components can be improved in a compact and low-cost manner.
[0032] Preferably, the connection portion of each of the pair of adjacently arranged heat-generating components is provided in a manner of opening on the top surface of each heat-generating component, and the power-carrying busbar is placed on the top surface of the pair of heat-generating components. By connecting the first / second bolt fastening portion of the power-carrying busbar at the connection portion provided on the top surface of a pair of heat-generating components, the power-carrying busbar can be placed on the top surface of the heat-generating component for configuration. As a result, for the cooling medium supply pipeline and the cooling medium return pipeline led from the two ends of the power-carrying busbar, even when the excess length for absorbing the tolerance is ensured, the excess length absorbing space can be ensured by the height dimension of the heat-generating component, and the assemblability of the circuit structure can be further improved.
[0033] Preferably, the opening direction of the connection portion of the heat-generating component is orthogonal to the opening direction of the bolt-fastening portion of the power-carrying busbar, and the connection portion is connected to the bolt-fastening portion by bolts fastening the two ends of the connection fitting bent into an L-shape to the connection portion and the bolt-fastening portion. The connection portion is connected to the bolt-fastening portion by bolts fastening the two ends of the connection fitting bent into an L-shape to the connection portion and the bolt-fastening portion. Therefore, for example, even in a case where it is difficult to directly connect the bolt-fastening portion of the power-carrying busbar to the connection portion of the heat-generating component due to the configuration state of the heat-generating component, the connection portion and the bolt-fastening portion can be connected at a short connection distance via a split L-shaped connection fitting. As a result, even in a case where it is difficult to directly connect the bolt-fastening portion of the power-carrying busbar to the connection portion of the heat-generating component, the reduction in the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat-generating component can be advantageously suppressed.

[0040] The circuit structure 10 includes a relay 22 as a heat generating component and a bus bar 26 for power supply connected to a connection portion 24 of the relay 22. The bus bar 26 for power supply has a hollow pipe 32 including a first opening 28 and a second opening 30. A cooling medium source 34 (at the bottom of the hollow pipe 32) is connected to the first opening 28 of the hollow pipe 32. Figure 1 A cooling medium supply pipeline 36 for supplying a cooling medium (illustrated by a double-dashed line) is provided in the hollow pipeline 32, and a cooling medium return pipeline 38 for returning the cooling medium to the cooling medium source 34 is connected to the second opening 30 of the hollow pipeline 32.
[0041] <Heat generating components (relay 22)>
[0042] In the first embodiment, a pair of relays 22, 22 are arranged to be separated from each other in the left-right direction, and a first relay 22a on the left and a second relay 22b on the right are provided. These first and second relays 22a, 22b are arranged relatively close, and the first and second relays 22a, 22b are arranged adjacent to each other. The first relay 22a and the second relay 22b each have a relay body 40, 40 in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. These first and second relays 22a, 22b are both arranged upward, and a pair of connecting portions 24, 24 are respectively provided to be separated from each other in the front-back direction on each top surface 41 of the first and second relays 22a, 22b.
[0043] That is, the first relay 22a is provided with a positive-side first connection portion 24a and a negative-side first connection portion 24b, and the second relay 22b is provided with a positive-side second connection portion 24c and a negative-side second connection portion 24d. In short, the connection portions (positive-side and negative-side first connection portions 24a, 24b, positive-side and negative-side second connection portions 24c, 24d) of a pair of adjacently arranged heat generating components (the first and second relays 22a, 22b) are provided to be opened on the top surfaces 41 of the respective heat generating components (the first and second relays 22a, 22b).
[0044] It should be noted that in Embodiment 1, the first and second relays 22a and 22b each include a leg portion 46 described later and are formed into a rotationally symmetrical shape around a central axis extending in the up-down direction, and the second relay 22b is arranged in a state rotated 180 degrees around the central axis extending in the up-down direction relative to the first relay 22a. Thus, in Embodiment 1, the first connection portion 24b on the negative pole side and the second connection portion 24c on the positive pole side are arranged to be separated from each other in the left-right direction, and the first connection portion 24a on the positive pole side and the second connection portion 24d on the negative pole side are arranged to be separated from each other in the left-right direction. Moreover, these first connection portion 24b on the negative pole side and the second connection portion 24c on the positive pole side are connected by the power-carrying bus bar 26, so that it is also as shown in FIG. Figure 2 As shown, the first relay 22a and the second relay 22b are electrically connected in series.
[0045] Specifically, a pair of bolt insertion holes 52, 52 described later are provided in the power bus bar 26, and the negative-side first connection portion 24b and the positive-side second connection portion 24c are connected to the pair of bolt insertion holes 52, 52. In addition, bolts 42 are inserted through the pair of bolt insertion holes 52, 52, respectively, and the bolts 42 are fastened to the negative-side first connection portion 24b and the positive-side second connection portion 24c. Thus, the bolt fastening portions 54 (the first bolt fastening portion 54a and the second bolt fastening portion 54b) described later in the power bus bar 26 are directly fastened by bolts to the negative-side first connection portion 24b and the positive-side second connection portion 24c.
[0046] In addition, about Figure 2In the main part A, a conducting component such as a bus bar is connected to the first connection part 24a on the positive side. In the first embodiment, the conducting component extends to the outside of the housing 78 described later of the circuit structure 10 via the fuse 16 and is electrically connected to the terminal on the positive side of the power supply 12. Similarly, a conducting component such as a bus bar is connected to the second connection part 24d on the negative side. The conducting component extends to the outside of the housing 78 described later of the circuit structure 10 and is electrically connected to the terminal on the negative side of the load 14. In addition, a pre-charging circuit 43 including a pre-charging relay 18 and a pre-charging resistor 20 is provided between the conducting component connected to the first connection part 24a on the positive side and the energizing bus bar 26 in a manner that bypasses the first relay 22a.
[0047] Moreover, about Figure 2 In the main part A', a first connection part 24b on the negative side of the first relay 22a is connected to a conducting component such as a bus bar, which extends to the outside of the housing 78 described later of the circuit structure 10 and is electrically connected to the terminal on the negative side of the power supply 12. Similarly, a second connection part 24c on the positive side of the second relay 22b is connected to a conducting component such as a bus bar, which extends to the outside of the housing 78 described later of the circuit structure 10 and is electrically connected to the terminal on the positive side of the load 14. And, with respect to Figure 2 In the main part A', the positive electrode side first connection part 24a and the negative electrode side second connection part 24d are electrically connected through the power bus bar 26. That is, in Figure 2 In the main part A', Figure 4 Two connection portions (a positive electrode side first connection portion 24 a and a negative electrode side second connection portion 24 d ) located at the rear of a lower assembly 97 described later and shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are connected by a current-carrying bus bar 26 .
[0048] In addition, a partition plate 44 is provided protruding upward between the positive-side first connection portion 24a and the negative-side first connection portion 24b of the first relay 22a, and between the positive-side second connection portion 24c and the negative-side second connection portion 24d of the second relay 22b to separate them. In addition, a leg portion 46 protruding outward on both sides in the front-rear direction is provided at the lower end of each relay body 40. Bolt insertion holes 48 penetrating in the up-down direction are provided in these leg portions 46, and the first and second relays 22a and 22b are fixed to the lower housing 82 constituting the housing 78 described later by bolts 50 inserted into the bolt insertion holes 48.
[0049] <Electrification Bus Bar 26>
[0050] The busbar 26 for power supply has a busbar body 51 in a substantially rectangular plate shape extending in the left-right direction as a whole. The busbar body 51 is formed of a metal with good conductivity such as copper (including copper alloy) and aluminum (including aluminum alloy). The busbar body 51 has: a bolt fastening portion 54 having a bolt insertion hole 52; and a hollow pipe 32 including a first opening 28 extending through the interior of the busbar 26 for power supply and opening at one end (left end) in the longitudinal direction of the busbar 26 for power supply and a second opening 30 opening at the other end (right end). That is, in the busbar body 51, the portion around the circular bolt insertion hole 52 is the bolt fastening portion 54.
[0051] In Embodiment 1, a pair of bolt insertion holes 52, 52 (bolt fastening parts 54, 54) are provided in the central part of the width direction (front-rear direction) of the busbar body 51 and are separated from each other in the length direction (left-right direction). That is, in the busbar body 51, a first bolt fastening part 54a is provided on the side of one end (left end), and a second bolt fastening part 54b is provided on the side of the other end (right end), and the bolt fastening parts 54, 54 include the first bolt fastening part 54a and the second bolt fastening part 54b. In addition, each bolt insertion hole 52 is provided in these first and second bolt fastening parts 54a, 54b, respectively. In addition, the forming method of such a busbar body 51 is not limited, but in Embodiment 1, it is formed by extrusion molding.
[0052] Specifically, Figure 6 As shown, the bus bar body 51 includes a central region 56 in which the central portion in the width direction (front-rear direction) is expanded to a predetermined width, and a pair of side regions 58, 58 in which the width direction of the central region 56 is expanded to a predetermined width on both sides. In addition, when the bus bar body 51 is extruded, the central region 56 is solidly formed over the entire length in the longitudinal direction (left-right direction), and a pair of bolt insertion holes 52 are formed after the bus bar body 51 is formed. Thus, the portion of the central region 56 other than the bolt insertion holes 52 is solidly formed over the entire length in the longitudinal direction (left-right direction).
[0053] In addition, if Figure 6 , Figure 7 As shown, a pair of side regions 58, 58 are each provided with a hollow conduit 32 extending over the entire length in the longitudinal direction. The size, cross-sectional shape, number, etc. of the hollow conduit 32 are not limited, but in Embodiment 1, five hollow conduits 32 each having a substantially rectangular cross-section are provided in each side region 58 and separated from each other in the front-rear direction. Furthermore, a total of ten hollow conduits 32 are opened at each first opening 28 and each second opening 30 at both left and right end portions.
[0054] In addition, the bus bar 26 for current supply includes: a first connection tube body 60, which is fluid-tightly connected to one end (left end) of the bus bar body 51, surrounds each first opening 28 and communicates with each first opening 28; and a second connection tube body 62, which is fluid-tightly connected to the other end (right end) of the bus bar body 51, surrounds each second opening 30 and communicates with each second opening 30. The first connection tube body 60 and the second connection tube body 62 are hollow tube bodies extending in the front-to-back direction, and have a substantially cylindrical peripheral wall 64 and an inner hole 66 extending in the front-to-back direction inside the peripheral wall 64.
[0055] In addition, the openings at the rear of the first connecting tube body 60 and the second connecting tube body 62 are closed, and the first connecting tube body 60 and the second connecting tube body 62 are open to the front. In addition, the front openings of the first connecting tube body 60 and the second connecting tube body 62 are respectively formed as the first pipe connection port 68 and the second pipe connection port 70 to which the cooling medium supply pipe 36 and the cooling medium return pipe 38 are connected. The first connecting tube body 60 and the second connecting tube body 62 are preferably made of metal, but do not need to be made of the same material as the bus bar body 51, and may not have good conductivity. That is, the first connecting tube body 60 and the second connecting tube body 62 may not have conductivity, and may be made of, for example, a synthetic resin having insulation.
[0056] In addition, through holes 72 for connecting to both ends of the bus bar body 51 are formed in each peripheral wall 64 of the first and second connection tube bodies 60 and 62. That is, each through hole 72 has a rectangular shape substantially corresponding to both ends of the bus bar body 51, and is formed to penetrate in the radial direction (left-right direction) at the inner part of each peripheral wall 64 in the opposing direction (left-right direction). And, one end (left end) of the bus bar body 51 is inserted into the through hole 72 in the first connection tube body 60, and the outer peripheral surface in the peripheral wall 64 and the inner peripheral surface in the through hole 72 are fixed to each other by welding, bonding, etc., thereby one end of the bus bar body 51 is connected to the first connection tube body 60 in a fluid-tight manner.
[0057] Similarly, the other end (right end) of the bus bar body 51 is inserted into the through hole 72 in the second connecting tube body 62, and the outer peripheral surface in the peripheral wall 64 and the inner peripheral surface in the through hole 72 are fixed to each other by welding, bonding, etc., so that the other end of the bus bar body 51 is fluid-tightly connected to the second connecting tube body 62. In the first embodiment, the first connecting tube body 60 and the second connecting tube body 62 protrude toward the front side, which is the side of the bus bar body 51, and the openings (first pipe connection port 68 and second pipe connection port 70) of the first connecting tube body 60 and the second connecting tube body 62 are provided in the front side, which is the protruding direction.
[0058] As a result, the first opening 28 of each hollow pipe 32 provided at the left end of the bus bar body 51 opens in the peripheral wall 64 of the first connecting pipe body 60, and each hollow pipe 32 communicates with the inner hole 66 of the first connecting pipe body 60. Similarly, the second opening 30 of each hollow pipe 32 provided at the right end of the bus bar body 51 opens in the peripheral wall 64 of the second connecting pipe body 62, and each hollow pipe 32 communicates with the inner hole 66 of the second connecting pipe body 62.
[0059] <Cooling Medium Supply Pipeline 36 and Cooling Medium Return Pipeline 38>
[0060] In the first embodiment, the cooling medium supply pipe 36 and the cooling medium return pipe 38 are respectively formed by rubber tubes made of rubber (including elastomer), and the cooling medium supply pipe 36 and the cooling medium return pipe 38 are respectively capable of soft elastic deformation. That is, the first pipe connection port 68 of the first connecting pipe body 60 is inserted into the rear opening of the cooling medium supply pipe 36 in a substantially pressed state, so that the first connecting pipe body 60 is fluid-tightly connected to the cooling medium supply pipe 36. Similarly, by inserting the second pipe connection port 70 of the second connecting pipe body 62 into the rear opening of the cooling medium return pipe 38 in a substantially pressed state, the second connecting pipe body 62 is fluid-tightly connected to the cooling medium return pipe 38. Thus, when the inner holes 74 of the cooling medium supply pipeline 36 and the cooling medium return pipeline 38 are respectively connected to the inner holes 66 of the first connecting pipe body 60 and the second connecting pipe body 62, the cooling medium supply pipeline 36 and the cooling medium return pipeline 38 extend forward from the first connecting pipe body 60 and the second connecting pipe body 62 respectively.
[0061] In addition, the cooling medium supply pipe 36 and the cooling medium return pipe 38 may also have a predetermined shape, for example, Figure 3 As shown in the figure, it can also be a shape that extends forward from the first pipeline connection port 68 and the second pipeline connection port 70, bends downward, and extends forward again at its lower end. Alternatively, the cooling medium supply pipeline 36 and the cooling medium return pipeline 38 do not have to have a specific shape, and can also be set so that when the circuit structure 10 is assembled, they are supported by being sandwiched between the upper shell 80 and the lower shell 82 described later, and the cooling medium supply pipeline 36 and the cooling medium return pipeline 38 are bent downward relative to the first pipeline connection port 68 and the second pipeline connection port 70.
[0062] Furthermore, in these cooling medium supply pipes 36 and cooling medium return pipes 38, the ends on the side opposite to the side connected to the first connecting pipe body 60 and the second connecting pipe body 62 are connected to the cooling medium source 34. By connecting the cooling medium supply pipes 36 and the cooling medium return pipes 38 to the cooling medium source 34 in this way, a cooling medium flow path 76 is formed that returns from the cooling medium source 34 via the cooling medium supply pipes 36, the first connecting pipe body 60, the bus bar body 51 (each hollow pipe 32), the second connecting pipe body 62, and the cooling medium return pipes 38 to the cooling medium source 34.
[0063] The cooling medium flowing in the cooling medium circulation line 76 is not limited, but preferably has insulating properties, and for example, "Fluorinert (registered trademark)" and "Novec (registered trademark)" manufactured by 3M Company can be used. In addition, as the cooling medium source 34, for example, a cooler (cooling water circulation system) including a pump not shown in the figure can be separately provided, or a cooler already installed in the vehicle can be used. By using a cooler including a pump as the cooling medium source 34, the cooling medium can flow in the cooling medium circulation line 76. In addition, the location where the pump is set is not limited to the cooling medium source 34 (that is, between the cooling medium supply pipeline 36 and the cooling medium return pipeline 38), and can be set at an appropriate location on the cooling medium circulation line 76.
[0064] <Shell 78>
[0065] In the first embodiment, the first and second relays 22a, 22b, the power bus bar 26, etc. are housed in a housing 78 made of synthetic resin, metal, etc. In particular, in the first embodiment, the housing 78 is composed of an upper housing 80 on the upper side and a lower housing 82 on the lower side, and these upper housing 80 and lower housing 82 can be assembled and separated from each other in the vertical direction. Figure 1 and Figures 3 to 7 In the case 78, there is a structure Figure 2 The first and second relays 22a, 22b, the power supply bus bar 26, etc., which are the main parts A in the housing 78, can also accommodate the components as described above. Figure 2 The main parts A' in the circuit include the first and second relays 22a, 22b, the energizing bus bar 26, the fuse 16, the pre-charge relay 18, the pre-charge resistor 20, and the like.
[0066] The upper housing 80 is generally in a box shape that is open downward, and includes an upper bottom wall portion 84 that is generally rectangular in a plan view, and an upper peripheral wall portion 86 that protrudes downward from the outer peripheral edge portion of the upper bottom wall portion 84. A pipe insertion portion 88 for inserting the cooling medium supply pipe 36 and the cooling medium return pipe 38 that protrude forward is provided in a manner that is open downward and penetrates in the front-to-back direction at the front portion of the upper peripheral wall portion 86.
[0067] The lower housing 82 is generally in a box shape that is open upward, and includes a bottom wall portion 90 that is generally rectangular in a plan view and a lower peripheral wall portion 92 that protrudes upward from the outer peripheral edge of the bottom wall portion 90. A pair of relay mounting portions 94, 94 that protrude upward are provided on the bottom wall portion 90, and the first relay 22a and the second relay 22b are respectively placed on each relay mounting portion 94. In addition, a pipeline support portion 96 that supports the cooling medium supply pipeline 36 and the cooling medium return pipeline 38 is provided in a protruding manner upward at the front portion of the lower peripheral wall portion 92.
[0068] <Assembly Step of Circuit Structure 10>
[0069] Next, a specific example of the assembly process of the circuit structure 10 will be described. In addition, the assembly process of the circuit structure 10 is not limited to the following description.
[0070] First, the first and second relays 22a and 22b are placed upward on the relay placement portions 94 of the lower housing 82 and fixed by bolts 50. Then, the first bolt fastening portion 54a and the second bolt fastening portion 54b of the power bus bar 26 are placed on top of each top surface 41 of the first relay 22a and the second relay 22b in front of each partition plate 44, so that the negative-side first connection portion 24b and the positive-side second connection portion 24c are connected to the bolt insertion holes 52. Then, the bolts 42 are inserted into the bolt insertion holes 52 and fastened to the negative-side first connection portion 24b and the positive-side second connection portion 24c, thereby fixing the power bus bar 26 to the first and second relays 22a and 22b with bolts.
[0071] Next, the cooling medium supply pipe 36 and the cooling medium return pipe 38 are connected to the first pipe connection port 68 and the second pipe connection port 70 of the first connecting pipe body 60 and the second connecting pipe body 62, respectively. Figures 4 to 7 The lower assembly 97 is shown. The cooling medium supply conduit 36 and the cooling medium return conduit 38 may be fixed to the first conduit connection port 68 and the second conduit connection port 70 before the energizing bus bar 26 is fixed to the first relay 22a and the second relay 22b.
[0072] After that, the upper shell 80 is assembled to the lower shell 82 from above, with the cooling medium supply pipe 36 and the cooling medium return pipe 38 extending forward from the first pipe connection port 68 and the second pipe connection port 70 placed on the pipe support portions 96 of the lower shell 82, and the lower shell 82 and the upper shell 80 are fixed by a locking mechanism (not shown) or the like. Thus, the shell 78 is completed, and at the same time, the circuit structure 10 is completed. In the circuit structure 10, the cooling medium supply pipe 36 and the cooling medium return pipe 38 are clamped between the pipe insertion portion 88 and the pipe support portion 96 in the vertical direction, and the cooling medium supply pipe 36 and the cooling medium return pipe 38 protrude forward from the shell 78.
[0073] The circuit structure 10 assembled as described above is housed in a battery pack housing of a hybrid vehicle, an electric vehicle, or the like. In addition, the cooling medium supply pipe 36 and the cooling medium return pipe 38 in the circuit structure 10 are connected to the cooling medium source 34 at the ends opposite to the ends connected to the first pipe connection port 68 and the second pipe connection port 70. Figure 2 As shown, the positive-side first connection portion 24a in the main portion A is electrically connected to the positive-side terminal of the power source 12, and the negative-side second connection portion 24d is electrically connected to the negative-side terminal of the load 14. Also, the negative-side first connection portion 24b in the main portion A' is electrically connected to the negative-side terminal of the power source 12, and the positive-side second connection portion 24c is electrically connected to the positive-side terminal of the load 14.
[0074] Furthermore, in embodiment 1, Figure 2 As shown, the conducting components such as busbars are electrically connected to the middle parts of the busbars 26 for each power supply in the main parts A and A', and the capacitor 98 and the inverter 100 are connected in parallel with them. That is, in the electrical circuit from the power supply 12 to the power supply 12 via the circuit structure 10 in the main part A, the load 14, and the circuit structure 10 in the main part A', the capacitor 98 and the inverter 100 are branched and connected to the downstream of the first relay 22a in the main part A (upstream of the second relay 22b) and the upstream of the first relay 22a in the main part A' (downstream of the second relay 22b). In addition, the inverter 100 can be connected to a household socket or the like via a cable or the like, for example, and can convert the power obtained from the household power supply into direct current and store it in the capacitor 98.
[0075] In the circuit structure 10 connected to the electric circuit as described above, when the first and second relays 22a, 22b in the main part A and the first and second relays 22a, 22b in the main part A' are all in the on state, power is supplied from the power supply 12 to the load 14, for example, a motor as a specific example of the load 14 is driven. It should be noted that, even when an abnormal current is detected and the first relay 22a in the main part A is cut off, the first relay 22a is bypassed and the pre-charge circuit 43 is energized, and power is supplied from the power supply 12 to the load 14, for example, to drive the motor. In addition, when an abnormal current is detected and the fuse 16 and the first relays 22a in the main parts A and A' are turned off (when the power fails), the second relays 22b in the main parts A and A' are turned on, thereby forming a power line from the capacitor 98 to the load 14. As a result, the power stored in the capacitor 98 is supplied to the load 14, for example, to drive the motor.
[0076] Alternatively, by setting each first relay 22a in the main parts A and A' to an on state and each second relay 22b to an off state, a power line is formed from the power source 12 to the inverter 100. In this way, the power of the power source 12 can be converted into AC and taken out via a cable connected to the inverter 100 as household power.
[0077] According to the circuit structure 10 as described above, the first and second relays 22a and 22b in the main parts A and A' generate heat by energizing the first and second relays 22a and 22b, but the bus bar 26 for energizing that connects the first and second relays 22a and 22b is provided with the hollow pipes 32, and the cooling medium flow path 76 for the cooling medium to flow is formed including the hollow pipes 32. In this way, the cooling medium flows in the bus bar 26 for energizing, so that the temperature rise of the bus bar 26 for energizing can be avoided, and the heat generated in the first and second relays 22a and 22b can be eliminated.
[0078] In addition, the cooling medium flow path 76 is configured to include the hollow pipes 32 provided inside the power bus bar 26, so that the power bus bar 26 and the circuit structure 10 can be prevented from being enlarged compared to the case where the cooling medium flow path is provided outside the power bus bar 26. In particular, since the power bus bar 26 can be used to implement the cooling structure, there is no need to provide a separate structure for heat dissipation, etc., which can achieve the effects of simplifying the structure and improving the working efficiency.
[0079] The bus bar 26 for power supply has a first connecting tube body 60 and a second connecting tube body 62, and one opening of each hollow pipe 32, namely, the first opening 28, is connected to the cooling medium supply pipe 36 via the first connecting tube body 60, and the other opening of each hollow pipe 32, namely, the second opening 30, is connected to the cooling medium return pipe 38 via the second connecting tube body 62. That is, the cooling medium supply pipe 36 and the cooling medium return pipe 38, which are made of rubber tubes, are not directly connected to the bus bar 26 for power supply, but are connected to the first connecting tube body 60 and the second connecting tube body 62 in a tube shape, so that the cooling medium supply pipe 36 and the cooling medium return pipe 38 can be easily connected to each hollow pipe 32, and the liquid tightness in the cooling medium flow path 76 can also be stably ensured.
[0080] In addition, the first connecting tube body 60 and the second connecting tube body 62 protrude forward from the bus bar body 51, and the front openings of the first connecting tube body 60 and the second connecting tube body 62 respectively constitute the first pipe connection port 68 and the second pipe connection port 70. That is, it is possible to prevent the cooling medium flowing from each hollow pipe 32 to each inner hole 66 of the first connecting tube body 60 and the second connecting tube body 62 from flowing to the rear of each hollow pipe 32, and the possibility of the cooling medium being retained in the inner hole 66 of the first connecting tube body 60 and the second connecting tube body 62 at the rear of each hollow pipe 32 can be reduced.
[0081] The busbar body 51 in the current busbar 26 has a central region 56 in the center of the width direction and a pair of side regions 58, 58 on both sides of the width direction. The portion of the central region 56 other than the bolt insertion holes 52 is formed into a solid shape, and the central region 56 is formed with a constant cross-sectional shape over the entire length of the busbar body 51 in the longitudinal direction (left-right direction), and a plurality of hollow pipes 32 extending over the entire length of the busbar body 51 in the longitudinal direction are provided in each side region 58. As a result, the portion of the busbar body 51 other than the bolt insertion holes 52 extends in the left-right direction with a substantially constant cross-sectional shape, and the bolt insertion holes 52 are formed after extrusion molding, so that the busbar body 51 can be easily manufactured.
[0082] Each bolt fastening portion 54 (first and second bolt fastening portions 54a, 54b) of the power bus bar 26 is directly bolted to the negative-side first connection portion 24b and the positive-side second connection portion 24c of the first and second relays 22a, 22b. As a result, the power bus bar 26 for cooling can be directly in contact with the first and second relays 22a, 22b, which are heat-generating components, to improve the cooling efficiency. In addition, when connecting the power bus bar 26 and the first and second relays 22a, 22b, other components are not passed through, and the increase in the number of components can also be avoided.
[0083] In particular, the first and second relays 22a and 22b are arranged adjacent to each other, and the first and second bolt fastening portions 54a and 54b of the power bus bar 26 are directly bolted to the negative-side first connection portion 24b and the positive-side second connection portion 24c of the first and second relays 22a and 22b. As a result, the length of the power bus bar 26 can be kept small, and the first relay 22a and the second relay 22b can be connected at a shorter distance, so that the power supply efficiency can also be improved.
[0084] The first and second relays 22a and 22b are arranged upward, and the connection parts 24 of the first and second relays 22a and 22b are opened on the top surfaces 41 of the first and second relays 22a and 22b, and the busbar 26 for power supply is placed on the top surfaces 41 of the first and second relays 22a and 22b. As a result, the vertical dimensions of the first and second relays 22a and 22b can be ensured, and the cooling medium supply pipe 36 and the cooling medium return pipe 38 can be arranged, for example, bent downward by using the vertical dimensions. In addition, by forming the cooling medium supply pipe 36 and the cooling medium return pipe 38 with a material that can be elastically deformed such as rubber, the tolerance between the busbar 26 for power supply and the cooling medium source 34 can be absorbed by the elastic deformation of the cooling medium supply pipe 36 and the cooling medium return pipe 38. In particular, by pre-arranging the bent portion in the cooling medium supply pipe 36 and the cooling medium return pipe 38, the bent portion is elastically deformed first, so that the tolerance absorption effect based on the elastic deformation can be more stably exerted.
[0085] <Implementation Method 2>
[0086] Next, use Figure 8 A circuit structure 110 of Embodiment 2 of the present disclosure is described. The basic structure of the circuit structure 110 of Embodiment 2 is the same as that of the circuit structure 10 of Embodiment 1, but in the circuit structure 10 of Embodiment 1, the first and second relays 22a and 22b are arranged upward, whereas the circuit structure 110 of Embodiment 2 is different in that the first and second relays 112a and 112b are arranged forward. In the following description, the differences from Embodiment 1 are described, and for the components and parts that are substantially the same as those of Embodiment 1, the same reference numerals as those of Embodiment 1 are marked in the figure and the detailed description is omitted.
[0087] In addition, Figure 8 In the circuit structure 110 shown, Figure 2The main parts A and A' of the present disclosure shown in the figure can accommodate, inside the housing 78 of the circuit structure 110, in addition to the first and second relays 112a and 112b and the power bus 26 constituting the main part A, the first and second relays 112a and 112b, the power bus 26, the fuse 16, the pre-charging relay 18, the pre-charging resistor 20, etc. constituting the main part A'.
[0088] <First Relay 112a and Second Relay 112b>
[0089] As described above, in Embodiment 2, the first relay 112a and the second relay 112b are arranged forward. That is, the positive and negative first connection parts 24a, 24b in the first relay 112a and the positive and negative second connection parts 24c, 24d in the second relay 112b are both open on the front surface 114 in the first and second relays 112a, 112b. And, the negative side first connection part 24b and the positive side second connection part 24c separated from each other in the left-right direction are electrically connected in series by the energizing bus bar 26.
[0090] In the second embodiment, the structure of the bus bar 26 for current supply is the same as that of the first embodiment, and a pair of bolt insertion holes 52, 52 (i.e., the first bolt fastening portion 54a and the second bolt fastening portion 54b) are provided on both sides of the bus bar body 51 in the left and right directions, and the first connecting tube body 60 and the second connecting tube body 62 are connected to the left and right ends of the bus bar body 51, respectively. In short, in the second embodiment, the first connecting portion 24b on the negative electrode side and the second connecting portion 24c on the positive electrode side are both opened forward, and each bolt insertion hole 52 in the first and second bolt fastening portions 54a, 54b is opened in the vertical direction. Thus, the opening direction of the first connecting portion 24b on the negative electrode side and the second connecting portion 24c on the positive electrode side are orthogonal to the opening direction of each bolt insertion hole 52 of the first and second bolt fastening portions 54a, 54b.
[0091] <Connection accessories 118>
[0092] The negative electrode side first connection portion 24b and the positive electrode side second connection portion 24c are connected to the first and second bolt fastening portions 54b respectively through connection fittings 118 bent into an L shape. That is, each connection fitting 118 includes an upper fitting 120 and a lower fitting 122 in a substantially rectangular plate shape, and these upper fittings 120 and lower fittings 122 are connected through a bent portion 124. In addition, bolt insertion holes (not shown) penetrating in the plate thickness direction are formed in each of these upper fittings 120 and each of the lower fittings 122. In short, bolt insertion holes are formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of each connection fitting 118.
[0093] Furthermore, the upper fitting 120 of each connection fitting 118 overlaps with the negative electrode side first connection portion 24b and the positive electrode side second connection portion 24c from the front, and the negative electrode side first connection portion 24b and the positive electrode side second connection portion 24c are aligned with the bolt insertion holes of each upper fitting 120. The bolts 126 are inserted through these bolt insertion holes and fastened to the negative electrode side first connection portion 24b and the positive electrode side second connection portion 24c, whereby the negative electrode side first connection portion 24b and the positive electrode side second connection portion 24c and each upper fitting 120 are fastened by the bolts.
[0094] In the second embodiment, a pair of nut receiving portions 128, 128 protruding upward from the bottom wall portion 90 are provided in the front portion of the lower housing 82 and are separated in the left-right direction, and a nut (not shown) is received in the upper end portion of each nut receiving portion 128. The power bus bar 26 is placed on each of the nut receiving portions 128 from above, and the lower side fittings 122 of each connection fitting 118 overlap the first and second bolt fastening portions 54a, 54b of the power bus bar 26 from above.
[0095] Thus, the bolt insertion holes of the lower fittings 122, the bolt insertion holes 52 of the first and second bolt fastening parts 54a and 54b, and the nuts of the nut receiving parts 128 are aligned with each other. The bolts 130 are inserted through the bolt insertion holes of the lower fittings 122 and the bolt insertion holes 52 of the first and second bolt fastening parts 54a and 54b, and fastened to the nuts of the nut receiving parts 128, thereby fastening the first and second bolt fastening parts 54a and 54b to the lower fittings 122 with bolts. As a result, the negative electrode side first connecting part 24b and the positive electrode side second connecting part 24c are connected to the first and second bolt fastening parts 54a and 54b by bolt fastening via the connecting fittings 118.
[0096] In the circuit structure 110 of the second embodiment configured as described above, the heat generated by the energization of the first and second relays 112a and 112b is transferred to the energization bus bar 26 via the connection fittings 118, but the heat generated in the first and second relays 112a and 112b is eliminated by the cooling effect generated by the cooling medium flowing in the cooling medium flow path 76 composed of the hollow pipes 32 provided in the energization bus bar 26. Therefore, in the circuit structure 110 of the second embodiment, the same effect as the circuit structure 10 of the first embodiment can be achieved.
[0097] In particular, in the second embodiment, since the first and second relays 112a and 112b are arranged forward, the vertical dimensions of the first and second relays 112a and 112b and even the circuit structure 110 can be suppressed to be small. In addition, in the first embodiment, the bus bar 26 for power supply is placed on each top surface 41 of the first and second relays 22a and 22b, and the cooling medium supply pipeline 36 and the cooling medium return pipeline 38 connected to the bus bar 26 for power supply are bent downward, but in the second embodiment, the bus bar 26 for power supply is placed on each nut receiving portion 128 of the lower shell 82, and the cooling medium supply pipeline 36 and the cooling medium return pipeline 38 do not need to be bent in the vertical direction and extend straight forward. As a result, the cooling medium can be suppressed from flowing in the cooling medium flow path 76 in the vertical direction, and the flow efficiency of the cooling medium can be improved.
[0098] <Other Implementation Methods>
[0099] The technology described in this specification is not limited to the embodiments described in the above description and drawings, and for example, the following embodiments are also included in the technical scope of the technology described in this specification.
[0100] (1) As mentioned above, Figure 1 and Figures 3 to 8 The circuit structures 10 and 110 shown in FIG. Figure 2 The first relay 22a, 112a and the second relay 22b, 112b and the power bus bar 26 in the main part A are housed in the housing 78. In addition to these, the housing 78 can also accommodate the first relay 22a, 112a and the second relay 22b, 112b, the power bus bar 26, the fuse 16, the pre-charging relay 18, the pre-charging resistor 20, etc. in the main part A'.
[0101] It should be noted that Figure 2The electrical circuit diagram shown is only a specific example of an electrical circuit of the circuit structure of the present disclosure. In the housing constituting the circuit structure, conventionally known electrical components can be accommodated in an appropriate connection form. Therefore, in the embodiment, the connection portion of the heat generating component (the first connection portion 24b on the negative side of the first relay 22a, 112a or the second connection portion 24c on the positive side of the second relay 22b, 112b) is directly or indirectly connected to any bolt fastening portion 54 (the first bolt fastening portion 54a and the second bolt fastening portion 54b) in the power-on bus bar 26, but is not limited to this method. That is, as long as the connection portion of the heat generating component is connected to the bolt fastening portion provided on at least one end side of the power-on bus bar, other power-on bus bars, etc., can also be connected to the other end side of the power-on bus bar. In addition, the shape of the housing constituting the circuit structure of the present disclosure can be appropriately changed according to the electrical components, etc., housed inside.
[0102] (2) In the above-mentioned embodiment, "Fluorinert (registered trademark)" and "Novec (registered trademark)" having insulating properties are exemplified as the cooling medium flowing in the cooling medium circulation line 76, but a cooling medium having conductive properties may be used, for example, by providing an insulating coating or film on the inner circumferential surface of a hollow pipe provided in a bus bar for power supply. As the cooling medium, for example, water may also be used.
[0103] (3) In the above embodiment, five roughly rectangular hollow pipes 32 are respectively provided in each side area 58 of the busbar body 51, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. The cross-sectional shape of the hollow pipe may be a circle (including an oblong, an ellipse, a semicircle, etc.), or a triangle, a pentagon or a polygonal shape. In addition, the number of hollow pipes in each side area is also not limited, and may be 1 to 4, or may be 6 or more. In addition, the hollow pipe does not need to be provided in the side areas on the front and rear sides of the busbar body, and may be provided only in one side area in the front and rear direction.
[0104] (4) In the above embodiment, the cooling medium supply conduit 36 and the cooling medium return conduit 38 are each formed of a rubber tube and are elastically deformable, but they may be formed of a hard member, for example.
[0105] (5) In the above embodiment, the first relays 22a and 112a and the second relays 22b and 112b are exemplified as heat generating components, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. As heat generating components, conventionally known heat generating components such as fuses can be used.
