Abstract

To provide a zinc-coated steel sheet that satisfies specified visibility and blackness and displays a spangle pattern.SOLUTION: A zinc-coated steel sheet (1) has a steel sheet (11) and a zinc-coated layer (13) located on at least one surface of the steel sheet (11). Spangle patterns differing in brightness are present on the zinc-coated layer (13), with an oxide film (14) disposed on the spangle patterns.
