Embodiments of the present application provide a request sending method, a base station connection method, a device, equipment and a storage medium. The request sending method is applied to any base station in a plurality of base stations connected to a same core network side, and the method comprises: obtaining an identity code corresponding to the base station and a stream control transmission protocol (SCTP) heartbeat parameter between the base station and the core network side, wherein the identity codes corresponding to each base station in the plurality of base stations are different; determining a first heartbeat period of the base station for sending heartbeat signaling to the core network side based on the identity code and the SCTP heartbeat parameter; so that the first heartbeat periods corresponding to each base station in the plurality of base stations are different; sending the heartbeat signaling to the core network side based on the first heartbeat period; and sending a connection establishment request to the core network side in a case where a response signaling sent by the core network side is not received.
