The invention relates to the technical field of detoxification and propagation of fruit trees, and in particular relates to a method for rapid propagation and detoxifying of stem tips of fragrant pomelo, and the method comprises the following steps: (1) selection and disinfection of explants, to be more specific, taking a fragrant pomelo tuber in spring or autumn for indoor germination, spraying regularly a bactericide after buds grow up, two weeks later, taking the buds again, after heat treatment in a 5% sodium hypochlorite solution of the buds for 8-10 minutes at 35-40 DEG C, putting the buds on a super clean bench under an anatomical lens for stem tip exfoliation under 8-40 times, and selecting the stem tip or a nucellar tissue of an apical bud for standby use; and (2) primary culture,to be more specific, putting the selected stem tip or the nucellar tissue once again in the 5% sodium hypochlorite solution for treating for 3-5min, and putting the stem tip or the nucellar tissue into a primary medium for rapid propagation and growth. The method for rapid propagation and detoxifying of the stem tips of the fragrant pomelo is established by selection of mediums and hormones in each stage of sterilization and tissue culture of the external explants, provides a theoretical basis and a technical support for factory production of fragrant pomelo tissue culture seedlings, and provides a new way for selection and breeding of new varieties.
