flanging module and a
flanging machine. The
gabion net
flanging module comprises side wall plates, connecting columns, a crimping wheel, an auxiliary gear one and an auxiliary gear two. The connecting columns are arranged at the outer edges of the side wall plates to connect two side wall plates face to face into a module frame. The crimping wheel, the auxiliary gear one and the auxiliary gear two are rotationally connected between the two side wall plates. The end of the crimping wheel is coaxially provided with a working gear. The crimping wheel and the working gear are provided with a net inlet slot for winding the net edge. The auxiliary gear one is meshed with the working gear in front and the auxiliary gear two at the back. The working gear, the auxiliary gear one and the auxiliary gear two are equal in size, modulus and tooth shape angle. The auxiliary gear two and the working gear are respectively meshed with a driving gear below. The auxiliary transmission of the auxiliary gear reduces the influence of the net inlet slot on the transmission pair, and improves the operation stability of the equipment.
