This invention includes a hull, with a mounting base fixedly connected to the bottom of the hull. A feed hopper is fixedly connected to the mounting base, and a hollow tube is rotatably connected to the lower part of the feed hopper. This invention uses a disc positioned on top of the river and lake sediment, allowing a guide pipe, threaded rod, and agitator to enter the sediment. An appropriate amount of liquid bacteria is then added to the feed hopper. This allows for the injection of liquid bacteria into sediment of varying thicknesses while minimizing dilution by the water, thus improving the treatment effect of river and lake sediment.
