Abstract

This is a theft-proofed Christmas tree used in oil production. It is anti-theft valve connected by four big and small sets of anti-theft bar clasp in proper order. The anti-theft valve makes the valve stem design as dumbbell-shaped. Each step is designed at the top and bottom circle,and in the internal thread-cutting trapezoid screw, and in the middle cutting through sinusoidal curve. After fixing hand wheel, flat key, bearing gland, plane and bearing, the anti-theft valve meshs along with cut, and then screw into valve stem through internal hole, and fits it to valve bonnet, after fixing the bearing cap is screwed down by holding screw, and lug of the holding screw is filed by rasper with no trace. The sliding pin device is installed in the bottom of valve nut corresponding place, when the valve is closed, the sliding pin auto run into the circular aperture through spring in behind to limit the valve opening.
