Present technology can only produce Fresnel lens composite film and laminating paper which cannot degrade in a short period, and thus do not meet requirements of environmental protection, and cannot be used for tobacco packaging and environmentally-friendly packaging for high-end exports. The preparation method comprises steps of: selecting film carrier; imprinting permanent Fresnel lens optical film; selecting paper substrate; forming Fresnel lens optical paper; aluminizing under vacuum; and coating a surface coating layer and a back coating layer, thereby obtaining the Fresnel lens vacuum aluminized paper. The method can produce the high-end packaging aluminized paper which has optical patterns of Fresnel lens, is anti-counterfeiting, environmentally-friendly and high in gloss, and can be used for high-end cigarette packets and export lamps and cosmetics; the finished paper is degradable, low in cost and high in work efficiency.
