Abstract

The invention provides a way for recovering the saponified rosin in industrial sewage, which is characterized in that first the anti-dyeing wax on wax-printed figured cloth is withdrawn by caustic soda, and a lot of saponified rosin is left in the sewage; the sewage containing a lot of saponified rosin is collected and stored, and conveyed into a neutralizing and separating device; the acid amount necessary for the neutralizing reaction is adjusted by monitoring the pH value of the sewage from wax printing by a pH meter; meanwhile, the sewage and the acid are mixed evenly by a mixer; the sewage from wax printing is heated by a heater, and the suspended rosin particles are separated to the max. extent, then the suspended rosin particles are sent again to a hi-temperature furnace for smelting, the foreign matter and water are removed by filtering; one or a plurality of hi-temperature smeltings can be done, till the rosin is purified and solved and recovered.
