Abstract

The invention relates to a nutritious honey and a preparation method, in particular to a composite of lucid ganoderma and honey which has the function of health care, and a preparation method. The composite disclosed by the invention contains by weight 0.02 percent to 10.0 percent of lucid ganoderma fructification, spore powder, mycelium or one kind or a plurality of kinds of compounds containing the culture fine powder or submicron powder of the mycelium or the extract of any materials listed above. The composite also contains 90.0 percent to 99.98 percent of honey. The invention discloses the preparation method of the composite. The preparation method is that the lucid ganoderma fructification, the spore powder, the mycelium or one kind or a plurality of kinds of compounds containing the culture fine powder or the submicron powder of the mycelium or the extract are added to the honey. The honey and the lucid ganoderma powder or the extract and so on are mixed evenly. When the honey is taken, the effective elements of the lucid ganoderma is taken into the body, thus not only reducing the trouble of taking lucid ganoderma separately and the stimulus of the bitterness of the lucid ganoderma to human body, but also strengthening the health care function of the honey.
